First, each service provider is required to provide proper documentation of their qualification and references from their previous work places. This information is then cross checked. After credentials verification, they need to take a case study exam by licensed clinician and video interviews. This rigorous process is to make sure that there are no quacks on this platform and your psychological needs are handled by most qualified and experienced service providers.

In addition to video/ audio consultation you can message your therapist at any time, from anywhere after logging in to your account. Your therapist will get back to your queries, concerns and issues once or twice in a day during weekdays. You will be notified through your login account when your therapist has sent you a message. Since messaging is not in real-time it doesn’t require scheduling.

You need to schedule a time with your therapist for a live chat session. At the scheduled time, you can login to your account and can start a chat session to enjoy both the convenience of chatting and live interaction together.

To have an audio session with your therapist, where you can talk with each other, just like a phone call setting, you will need to schedule a time with your therapist first. At the scheduled time you need to login to your account. Your therapist will then prompt you to start the audio session. After you confirm, you will immediately begin an audio session with your therapist.

To have a video session with your therapist, where you see and talk with each other in a virtual face-to-face setting, you will need to schedule a time with your therapist first. At the scheduled time you need to login to your account. Your therapist will then prompt you to start the video session. After you confirm, you will immediately begin a video session with your therapist.

We provide you with both options; either you can use filters to narrow down your choices or let us do matching for your needs with the most compatible therapist.

During your sign up process, you will be asked a few simple questions. This information will be used to match you with the therapist that best suits you.

If the video or audio call gets disconnected, you can reconnect with the therapist and resume the session from where it had stopped. Therapists and patients will wait for 15 minutes for reconnecting. However in case there are some technical reasons and you cannot reconnect immediately, then you can request to reschedule for some other suitable time according to your convenience. You won’t have to repay for a rescheduled session in such a case.

The audio or video sessions will not be recorded without prior consent both from therapist and patient side as per APA guidelines.

Therapeutic relationship is vital for therapeutic benefit and building a relationship takes some time , that’s why we ask you to give your current therapist a chance. But in case you don’t feel that your therapist is a good fit then you can login your account and request to change your current therapist.
