While in Pakistan, there are different dynamics like lack of awareness about psychological issues, associated stigma, and a dearth of\u00a0 mental health services in rural areas due to which people are held back from accessing psychological support.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tOur Story<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRealizing these facts, she came up with the idea of providing a reliable and credible platform for tele-therapy that would address the needs of both expats residing in the Gulf and the local Pakistani population. Her idea was materialized by her husband, Hassaan. With his keen interest in the field of psychology and innovative approach, he sketched out a platform where people can have immediate access to therapists through messaging, audio, and video calls without the pain of long waiting periods. He teamed up with professional, qualified and experienced therapists of Pakistan on a digital platform he named PsychThru.
